Best described as a modern day muscle car. Carbonfibre tub, carbon-ceramic brake discs, state of the art technology and the epic, dry-sumped supercharged Mercedes V8.
McLaren Special Operations (MSO) established in 2010-2011. MSO customises existing SLR’s to customer’s own specifications with MSO being referenced for cars that have undergone this treatment.
Currently seeking additional verification of the breakdown of Coupe / Road production numbers. 520 Roadsters are reported to be manufactured- additional verification is required. A total of 2157 total manufactured is verified by many sources.
